Write to the case works desk

Tell us what equipment travels, where it goes and which handover worries you most. A named engineer reads every enquiry and replies within one business day, usually with a short brief and the next question we need answered.

Fields marked with a name, email and message are required. The form prepares an email in your own mail application addressed to the case works desk, so nothing is stored on this website.

Your mail application will open with the message ready to send to orders@boxaviation.buzz.

Three questions we hear most often

Most programs begin with a photograph of the instrument and a description of how it travels today. We ask about the last damage event, the number of handovers and the storage environment, then reply with a short brief covering the likely first phase. There is no charge for that initial conversation and no obligation to proceed.

Yes. Rebuilding foam in an existing case, adding sensing and tracking, and writing a field support plan for a current fleet are common starting points. We inspect the case before quoting and say plainly when a container is not worth the retrofit, because a weak shell will keep failing no matter how good the interior becomes.

Regularly. Our case works sits in St George, and our tracking, telemetry and support work follows shipments across the United States and to international destinations through freight partners. Remote commissioning and field support visits are planned per program, and every active shipment keeps a monitored email channel open.
